In this capacity, Kaydra managed interns, coordinated promotions, and handled merchandise operations. Kaydra's early career includes various customer-facing roles, including as a cashier, special event worker, and youth sports coach, showcasing strong communication and leadership skills. Kaydra holds a degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, obtained in 2016.
