Arun Sinha

Arun Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arun began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at General Atomics, where they worked on developing a nuclear reactor design. Arun then moved on to Yardley Instruments, where they served as an Inside Sales/Applications Engineer, providing support for various instrumentation and control product lines. Arun later joined Emerson Process Management as a Marketing Engineer, overseeing the growth and management of three analytical instrumentation product lines worldwide. Following this, they worked at Schneider Electric as a Sr. Executive Sales Engineer, responsible for sales and account management in the Southern California region. Currently, Arun holds the position of Director of Business Development at Opto 22, where they lead a team in business development, marketing, sales, and applications engineering for industrial automation and I/O systems hardware.

Arun Sinha obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Arun then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management & Marketing from Webster University between 1995 and 1999. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Arun attended Mira Mesa High School from 1982 to 1985.
