Jordan Hall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting with Newell Rubbermaid in 2003 as a Product Development Engineer, Hall was responsible for product design, cost, and schedule for cleaning products. After that, Hall joined CIBA Vision as an R&D Metrology Engineer from 2003 to 2011. Following this, Hall worked at DigitalOptics Corporation as a Senior Test Engineer, focusing on performance testing and automated optical inspection of high-volume miniature LWIR lenses. Hall then moved to FLIR Systems, where they held two roles: Test Engineer from 2013 to 2019 and later as a Senior Optical Engineer from 2019 to 2022. During this time, Hall led the opto-mechanical design of infrared lens assemblies and the design and deployment of custom metrology instruments. Currently, Hall is the Vice President of Engineering at Opto-Alignment Technology, Inc since March 2022.

Jordan Hall attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, from 2006 to 2009, Jordan pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution, specializing in CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) and Design. In April 2014, they obtained a SixSigma Green Belt certification from Central Piedmont Community College.
