Steve Fadero has over 20 years of experience in engineering and design. Steve started their career at Technical Development Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for engineering and designing winding and tensioning systems, web handling systems, automated coating and UV curing systems, and computer vision inspection systems.
