Steve Fadero has over 20 years of experience in engineering and design. Steve started their career at Technical Development Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for engineering and designing winding and tensioning systems, web handling systems, automated coating and UV curing systems, and computer vision inspection systems. Steve also worked on reliability and process improvement and was involved in installation and debugging of machinery.

After that, Steve worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Gauder Group Fiber Optic, where they were responsible for engineering and designing fiber optic winding and tensioning systems, fiber optic cabling lines, fiber optic coloring and proof testing machines. Steve was also involved in assembly and debugging of machinery, documentation, vendor contacts, fabricated part inspection, and machine cost estimates.

Steve then worked at Smart Belt Corp as an Engineer before joining Duke Cogema Stone/Webster (AREVA) as a Responsible Engineer / Technical Requirements Engineer. Steve also had responsibilities in vendor contact and achieved accomplishments such as managing the design phase of rod handling process unit & glove boxes and managing the preliminary design of the filter powder recovery unit.

Steve's next position was at Quality Products & Machine as a Quality / Manufacturing Engineer, where they were responsible for quality and manufacturing engineering. Steve then joined Reliant Converting Equipment as a Design Engineer.

Following that, Steve worked at Eclipse Automation as a Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for mechanical engineering. Steve then joined Ogden Group as a Mechanical Engineer and later moved to their most recent position as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Opto-Alignment Technology, Inc.

Steve Fadero earned an Associate of Science (A.S) degree in Natural Sciences from Bluefield State University between 1980 and 1982.
