Jerry Varner

Jerry Varner has extensive experience in the retail display industry. Jerry is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at OPTO International, Inc. Retail Displays since March 2020. Before that, they worked as the VP of Production at Cain Millwork from January 2016 to March 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at L.A. Darling Company, including Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Rapid Continuous Improvement Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Production Supervisor. Jerry was also a Production Manager at 555 International and a Plant Manager at Colony Display Systems. Throughout their career, Jerry has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in overseeing manufacturing, distribution, inventory control, production planning, and facilities management in large-scale operations. Jerry has experience working with both wood and metal fixtures and has successfully implemented Lean principles and continuous improvement practices.

Jerry Varner has a strong educational background in business and management. Jerry completed their Masters of Business Administration in Management from Arkansas State University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management, Economics, and Accounting from the same university between 2003 and 2007.
