Oliver Schärer

Oliver Schärer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Oliver currently serves as a Product Team Leader at OPTOFIDELITY, starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Project Manager at the same company from October 2021 to May 2023. Before joining OPTOFIDELITY, Oliver was associated with Fastems, where they held the position of Proposal Manager from November 2017 to October 2021. Oliver also served as a Project Manager at Fastems from August 2012 to November 2017. Oliver's early work experience includes working at Itella, where they held the role of Development Manager from July 2010 to January 2012. Oliver initially joined Itella as an engineer in January 2009 and worked in that role until July 2010.

Oliver Schärer obtained their Master's degree in Production Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2009. Oliver also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in production engineering from the same institution during the same period. In December 2014, they received the IPMA-C certification.
