Amber Gerard

Amber Gerard has held various leadership roles in the recruiting and talent acquisition industry. Amber is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, and Vice President of Talent at Optomi Professional Services, a purpose-driven organization serving under-resourced children and communities across the U.S. Prior to this, Amber was the Vice President of Talent and Corporate Relations at Optomi. Amber also worked as the Director of Corporate Relations at Randstad Technologies US and as a Division Director at Robert Half International. Amber started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Vanguard Management Group after completing their education at Kennesaw State University.
