Kelly Shipley

Kelly Shipley is a seasoned Senior Tech Recruiter at Provalus, contributing to the mission of up-skilling American workers and delivering managed services in BPO and ITO since June 2017. Prior to this role, Kelly served as a Senior IT Recruiter at MedSys Group, where collaboration with Healthcare IT professionals played a key role in improving patient care through advanced EHR expertise. Earlier experiences include working as a Part-Time Substitute Teacher and Stay-at-Home Parent, as well as serving as a Liaison Manager/Recruiter at Kenexa, an IBM Company, where management of the entire recruiting process was a primary responsibility. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Abilene Christian University and the University of North Texas.
