Chuck Ruggiero is the CEO and President of Optomi. Chuck has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Outsourcing industry. Chuck was the CEO and President of Onshore Outsourcing from 2011 to 2016. Chuck was also the CEO of Foundation Technology Services from 2000 to 2011. Prior to that, they were the Principal at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants from 1994 to 1995.

Chuck Ruggiero has a degree in AI, Exponentials and Robotic Process Automation from Singularity University. Chuck is currently the CEO of a company that specializes in these areas.
