Dennis D. has a long and varied career in business and technology. In 2007, they began working as a Patent Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In this role, they researched inventions for patent and paperless technologies from all over the world. Dennis was also trained and became a primary patent examiner where they created office actions or patent inventions without any supervision. That same year, they founded Financial Investments and Real Estate LLC (FIRE LLC). In this role, they bought and renovated properties in the Philadelphia PA area for rent or sale. Dennis also grew the business and increased rental revenue by 40% each year since the first rental property in 2005. In 2011, they founded Amity Care, a home healthcare agency from scratch. Dennis provided services, programs and products that help adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other Intellectual Disabilities (ID) live more independent lives. In 2014, they founded Optonome. In 2016, they were part of the Class of 2016 at Health Wildcatters, the top healthcare accelerator in the Southwest. Dennis received coaching and strategic guidance from healthcare industry leaders, and their company, Amity Cloud, was one of 10 companies selected out of over 1000 applicants.

Dennis D. attended Temple University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering (BSEE). In 2015, they graduated from Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB), Philadelphia, Cohort 6.
