Casey Chroust is the Chief Customer Officer at Optoro. In this role, Casey worked with the CEOs and executive teams of America’s top retailers as part of the US retail trade association. Casey oversaw the completion of 75+ research studies on industry’s leading trends, challenges and best practices. Additionally, Casey created 23 new retail committees and working groups to foster industry innovation and collaboration. Casey also founded CIO Leaders Council, Retail Sustainability Initiative, Retail Compliance Center and Women in Logistics community. Furthermore, Casey led executive education curriculum at all retailer conferences and summits, bringing innovation. Lastly, they presented regularly to RILA’s Board of Directors, 15 of the top CEOs in retail, and presented industry insights at numerous conferences.

Casey Chroust ba in Economics from Denison University and certification from PADI in Divemaster (DM).
