Optical Systems Engineer at Optos

Mattia Signoretto has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Researcher at Hikari s.r.l., where they conducted laboratory work on remote phosphor technology and also participated in writing the SAL for the PMI 2015 project. From 2013 to 2014, they were employed at UCI movies as a Maschera, responsible for cleaning the cinema halls, tearing tickets, and checking the bathrooms. Mattia then joined the University of Valencia in 2014 as a Researcher PhD student, focusing on optoelectronic and plasmonic research, which included experimental measurements and theoretical simulations. In 2018, they became a Research Scientist at SHARP LABORATORIES OF EUROPE, LTD., where they performed optical simulations and designed solutions for laser lighting applications. Additionally, they wrote patents and created prototypes for demonstrator purposes. In 2021, Mattia Signoretto started working as an Optical Systems Engineer at Optos.

Mattia Signoretto has a Doctor's degree in physics, specializing in Photonics, which they obtained from the University of Valencia in the time period of 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in physics, with a focus on Experimental Physics - optoelectronic, at Università di Trento from 2010 to 2012. Mattia'seducational journey started with obtaining a Degree in physics from the same institution, Università di Trento, from 2007 to 2010.
