Eduardo Navarro

Embedded Software Engineer at OptoTest

Eduardo Navarro has been working in the field of engineering since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were an intern and junior specialist at the Naval Postgraduate School, where they developed a probabilistic sonar sensor model and tested the viability of various consumer-level robots as a robotic mapping platform. From 2009 to 2010, they were an intern and junior specialist at UC Santa Cruz, where they developed a modular model of wind generating star and simulated stellar wind interaction of multiple stars. Since 2010, they have been employed as an Embedded Software Engineer at OptoTest, where they are responsible for embedded system design, firmware development, system integration, and application software development for optical fiber testing equipment, as well as electronic systems hardware design and development for applications in optical fiber instrumentation.

Eduardo Navarro attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. Eduardo also transferred credits from Hartnell College in Computer Engineering.
