Frances Ann de Guerra

Frances Ann De Guerra is an experienced professional in the field of pension operations and board relations, currently serving as a Pension Operations Coordinator at OPTrust since July 2013. In this role, Frances coordinates the development and distribution of various reports, including Key Performance Indicators and Compliance.
