Julie Belair

Julie Belair has extensive work experience in actuarial services and plan policy. Julie began their career in 1999 at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Consulting Actuary, where they worked for 18 years. In 2017, they joined OPTrust as a Director and later became the Vice President of Actuarial Services and Plan Policy in November 2019.

Julie Belair obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from Western University between 1995 and 1999.
