Aakriti Gupta

Aakriti Gupta is an experienced professional in instructional design and education, currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Optum since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Communication Coach and Content Designer at Tech Mahindra from March 2024 to August 2025, and an English and Personality Development Trainer at Jetking Infotrain Limited from November 2022 to April 2024. Aakriti has also worked as a Freelance Writer for Pepper between August 2020 and February 2024, and contributed to the Tech Mahindra Foundation as an English Facilitator and Curriculum Developer from February 2022 to October 2022. Additional experience encompasses various educational roles, including a Mathematics Educator and multiple internships, alongside involvement in theatre as an artist with Zariya Theatre Group and Khanabadosh Theatre Group. Aakriti holds a Master of Arts in Education from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Delhi and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Jesus and Mary College.
