Aisling Gallagher

Aisling Gallagher is currently the Associate Director of Client Oversight for Production Planning and Quality Process at Optum, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Aisling worked at UnitedHealthcare as a Senior Research Analyst and in various roles including Claims Business Process Analyst and Senior Appeals Representative. Aisling's early career includes positions at Gallaghers Hotel and Tara Hotel, where they gained experience in front office management and reservations. They hold a degree in Business and Tourism from Letterkenny Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2010.
