Anna Walls

Anna Walls is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations and management across diverse sectors, including healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Future Operations for Optum Serve, Walls focuses on long-range operational planning and the implementation of technology-enabled processes to enhance operational efficiency. With a strong background in managing large teams and delivering results for federal government clients, Walls has previously held significant roles, including Director of Operations for Community Care Services and a mobile service manager at Tesla. Additionally, Walls has contributed to public health research at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation and has led program evaluation initiatives at the Wounded Warrior Project. Anna Walls holds a B.S. in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MHA in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
