Ashley Speight, PMP, is a co-business owner of a boutique wedding and events company in the greater Seattle area and serves as the Associate Director of Sales Enablement & Market Readiness at Optum. With over fifteen years of experience in project management and client services, Ashley has successfully managed multiple clients and high-pressure events, consistently demonstrating an ability to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality. In prior roles at Optum, Ashley fostered strategic client relationships and ensured compliance with contractual agreements, contributing significantly to the organization’s success. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Washington University, earned in 2006.
