Becky Garrett

Becky Garrett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile transformation and product delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Agility and Transformation at Optum, Becky established an Agile Center of Excellence and expanded engagement in the agile community. Previously, as a Business Product Delivery Manager at Investors Title Company and Affiliates, Becky facilitated cultural shifts towards agile methodologies and mentored product owners. Additional experience includes leadership roles at McKesson Health IT and MED3000, where Becky managed product engineering teams and improved processes through agile and Lean initiatives. Becky began a career in project management and quality assurance, progressively advancing through positions at Allscripts, A4 Health Systems, and Canopy Systems. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
