Brent Russell is an experienced leader in clinical talent acquisition and healthcare recruitment, currently serving as the Regional Director of Clinical Talent Acquisition for Optum in the West Region since February 2022. Prior to this role, Brent served as a Senior Provider Recruiter at Mindpath Health, focusing on enhancing access to mental and behavioral healthcare, and was the Vice President of Business Relations at Pathways, overseeing organizational transformation for better business outcomes. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development at DPC Health, Brent implemented strategies to expand Direct Primary Care in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
