Cindy Klain

Cindy MacKay Klain is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Administrative Software at Optum since April 2023, Klain oversees the Revenue Cycle Management Software businesses. Prior to this role, Klain held multiple senior leadership positions at Change Healthcare from June 2016 to April 2023, including Senior Vice President and GM of Medical Networks. Klain's career began at IDX Systems as an Implementation Manager, followed by significant roles at GE Healthcare, culminating in over a decade of experience in product management. Klain earned a degree from the University of Vermont between 1991 and 1995.
