Dedeepya V

Dedeepya V is a ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and ServiceNow implementations. Currently employed at Optum since June 2024, Dedeepya V has led the optimization of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) accuracy through Discovery and Service Mapping, significantly enhancing asset visibility and reducing operational risks. Prior to this role, Dedeepya V worked at Tech Mahindra from July 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included the development and customization of Service Catalog items to streamline user requests and automate approval processes, as well as integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications. Dedeepya V is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Central Missouri from 2023 to 2025.
