Fe May Hernandez, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance across multiple organizations. At Optum, Fe May served as both Project Manager and Senior Project Manager from February 2018 to May 2023, focusing on strategic recommendations and implementing performance management. Prior to this, Fe May worked as a Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group from February 2014 to February 2018, and briefly as a Quality Management Consultant at Pacific Business Group in early 2013. Additionally, Fe May held the position of Quality Manager at TeleTech from April 2005 to December 2012, where responsibilities included process improvement and client collaboration. Fe May graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima University.
