Gauri Hoshing is an experienced technology leader with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Currently serving as the Director of AI/ML at Optum since April 2021, Gauri leads cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge applications, including AI-driven revenue cycle management and conversational AI solutions. Prior experiences include roles as Principal Software Engineer at Change Healthcare, where Gauri designed state-of-the-art NLP pipelines, and Senior Software Engineer positions at F5 Networks, CA Technologies, AePONA, Cisco, eTouch Systems, and IBM Global Services, where Gauri contributed to various software development projects and API creations. Gauri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
