Ginny Noel is currently the Billing Manager at Optum, where they manage daily workflows and supervise a team of Billing Analysts. Ginny began their career in sales at Dex Media and Cupcake Inc., where they consistently achieved sales goals and developed new business strategies. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of South Dakota.
