Jeff Dreher

Jeff Dreher is a Business and IT Strategy Leader with extensive experience in technology strategy, business architecture, and product management across healthcare, retail, and financial services. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Optum, they lead strategic initiatives and ensure alignment of digital transformation with overall business priorities. Previously, Jeff held senior roles at companies such as American Express, Target Corporation, and Ameriprise Financial, where they were instrumental in developing enterprise architecture practices and driving significant cost savings. They obtained an MBA in Finance Strategy from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
