Jena Young

Jena Young, PMP, is an experienced program and process operations manager currently at Optum since February 2015, where responsibilities include managing change initiatives for front end applications and implementing Project Management Office principles. Previous roles include Production Manager for Fearless Comedy Productions, coordinating a large-scale comedy marathon and managing multiple teams, as well as positions in website management and independent contracting that focused on web development and marketing strategies. Jena also has a background in client support and project coordination, notably at the University of Minnesota and Internet Broadcasting, complemented by an Associate's in Applied Science in Computer Programming from Minneapolis Business College.
