Jenna Corso is currently a Senior Capability Smartsheet Manager at Optum, where they design, build, and implement Smartsheet solutions for various teams and business units. Previously, they served as an Asset Management Analyst at CAHEC, creating custom project management solutions and executing quality control processes. Jenna also worked as a Tax Processing Specialist at Vertex Inc., managing sales and use tax returns across all U.S. states, and as a Smartsheet Solutions Architect at ADAPTURE. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Benedictine University.
