Jesse Nelson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Optum Rx Marketing at Optum since November 2025, previous positions include Director of Brand, Insights, and Content Marketing at Surest, and Associate Director of Brand Marketing at UnitedHealthcare. Jesse’s career began at Rocket Capital Management, LLC, where key operational functions were managed, and has included significant contributions in interactive marketing at Allianz Life. Jesse holds an MBA in Marketing from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business with a focus on Finance from Bethel University.
