Jill Feagans

Jill Feagans has extensive experience in security and infrastructure architecture, currently serving as a Security Solutions Architect at Optum since February 2013, with notable accomplishments including leading security initiatives for California's COVID data warehouse and the Virginia Enterprise Data Warehouse. Prior to Optum, Jill held roles such as Senior Infrastructure Architect at American Health Care, where responsibilities included infrastructure architecture and HIPAA compliance, and Network Engineer at companies including Network Design Associates and California Healthcare Association, focusing on enterprise network design and management. Jill's career also includes experience as a Technology Trainer at Compumaster and early work as a Physics Research Intern with the US Navy.
