John Kulka

John Kulka, MHA, is a Program Manager in Practice Transformation at Optum, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, John worked as a Program Manager at CareMount Medical from 2016 to 2021, where they coordinated multi-disciplinary programs to achieve shared goals. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as an Associate Project Manager at Health Quest, assisting in the implementation of an Emergency Department solution and electronic prescription functionalities. John received a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a Master's in Health Administration from Western Connecticut State University.
