Judy Bonnstetter

Judy Bonnstetter is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in developing and coordinating training programs across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Optum since September 2022, Judy collaborates with subject matter experts and training managers to assess training needs and enhance course curriculum. Previous roles include positions at Insight Global and Signature Consultants, where Judy contributed to online course development and technical writing for various clients. Judy's career also encompasses roles in technology training and project management at WesleyLife and Northeast Iowa Community College, where Judy focused on onboarding and training initiatives. Judy holds a BA in Art/Art Studies from Luther College.
