Karrie Spitzer, APR, is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in director and managerial roles across various health care and educational institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Optum since December 2022, Karrie has previously held senior communications positions at NanoString Technologies, Sound Physicians, and Swedish, where expertise in crafting strategic messaging, managing crisis communications, and enhancing brand reputation was developed.
