Kathy Hicks

Kathy Hicks, MPH, is the Associate Director of Sourcing & Procurement in the Vendor Management Office at Optum, where they lead a team to transform vendor services across operations. Previously, they held various roles at Optum, including Senior Project Manager, while also managing hospital development at Minnesota Lions Eye Bank and leading educational initiatives at LifeSource Organ Procurement Organization. Kathy is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health and has a Bachelor of Arts in Physical and Biological Anthropology, alongside a Mini Master of Project Management from the University of St. Thomas. With a strong focus on team collaboration and positive engagement, they aim to promote health and wellness across diverse communities.
