Katie Doll

Katie Doll currently serves as Senior Vice President of National Accounts at Optum, a position held since February 2019, and previously held the role of Client Success Executive. Prior to this, Katie was the Chief Client Officer at National MedTrans Inc. for one year and accumulated significant experience at Optum from 2005 to 2018, where roles included Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and various Vice President positions focused on client management and solutions across health plans and employers. Katie’s career commenced at Cigna, where leadership in national account management was demonstrated. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religion from Hamline University, attained between 1986 and 1990.
