Elle Koagedal

Elle leads Client Success for Centivo.

Before joining Centivo, Elle was on the benefits strategy team at Facebook.​ During her tenure at Facebook, Elle was responsible for the US self-funded medical plan strategy, which included leading the move from a traditional carrier model to a TPA/advocacy model. She was also responsible for designing and managing programs at the company focused on fertility, oncology and pharmacy.

Prior to Facebook, Elle was a consultant at Mercer where she worked with employers on their healthcare management and benefits strategy. Elle specialized in value-based care, behavioral health and onsite clinic strategy. In addition to leading and working closely with large, complex employers, she was also a member of Mercer’s Center for Health Innovation and Total Health Management teams.
