Kellianne Thayer

Kellianne Thayer serves as the Director of Primary Care Access Operations at both Reliant Medical Group and Optum since August 2024. With a robust background in healthcare management, Kellianne has held significant leadership roles at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, including Senior Medical Assistant, Director of Care Improvement, Clinical Practice Supervisor, and Senior Process Improvement Leader, where responsibilities included managing business performance, coordinating clinical operations, and driving Lean improvement initiatives. Additionally, Kellianne served as Senior Program Manager and Associate Director at Atrius Health, specializing in the implementation of Internal Medicine Care Models and enhancing organizational efficiency. Education includes a Health degree from Middlesex Community College and completion of studies at Shawsheen Valley Technical High School.
