Ketan Desai

Ketan Desai is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product development within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Optum Technology, Ketan leads global teams focused on building innovative Provider Engagement and Enablement tools. Prior to joining Optum, Ketan held senior leadership positions at NextGen Healthcare and Medfusion Inc., overseeing global product development and significant R&D budgets. Ketan’s background includes roles at Allscripts, Hill Rom, and Motorola, where expertise in software architecture, quality engineering, and project management was demonstrated. Ketan holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, an MS in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
