Kishore Ramalingam is an experienced quality engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Engineering at Optum since July 2019, Kishore specializes in digital asset test strategy, functional AI testing tools, and optimizing test automation. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Buffalo Wild Wings and Cognizant, where responsibilities included establishing a distributed QA practice and preparing test strategies for major implementations in the retail and healthcare sectors. Earlier roles at SEI, UBS Investment Bank, and several consultancy positions contributed to a robust foundation in QA processes, automation, and team management. Kishore holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 1993.
