Kriti Garg

Kriti Garg is an accomplished HR professional with over 17 years of experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Optum since December 2017, Kriti specializes in talent strategy, HR transformation, diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture for a global workforce of 2,500 to 3,000 employees. Previously held positions include HR Change Strategy Consultant at KPMG India, Senior Consultant in HR Transformation at HCL Technologies, Assistant Manager at EXL, and roles focused on HRIS and employee engagement at HCL TECH and HCL BPO. Kriti holds an MBA in HR from Amity University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Hansraj College, along with a Leadership Development Program from the Indian School of Business and a DISC Facilitator Certification from BYLD.
