Leonardo Mallari

Leonardo Mallari is the Director of Operations - RCM at Optum Global Solutions, Inc., a role held since 2017. With extensive experience at Optum, they progressed through various leadership positions including Service Delivery Manager and Associate Director of Operations. Prior to this, Leonardo held several roles at APAC Customer Service Inc and Malcolm Lloyd, Inc., demonstrating strong capabilities in team leadership and operations management. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Management from Adamson University, graduating in 2000.
