Margaret Lewis is a Communication Specialist at Optum since October 2024, bringing a strong background in marketing and content creation. Previously, as a Marketing/Content Writer at Engage Technologies from May 2018 to October 2024, responsibilities included composing blog posts, newsletters, and ad campaigns, as well as enhancing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. Margaret started as a Marketing Intern, successfully revamping and branding social media platforms during that tenure. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Sales Floor Team Member at Kirkland's, where financial transactions were managed efficiently. Margaret holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, completed in May 2019.
