Mark Shenk

Mark Shenk is an accomplished Information Technology Specialist currently employed at Optum since May 2022. With a diverse background spanning over three decades, Mark has held various roles in both legal and technical fields, beginning as a Law Clerk at Jeffrey Tapper, Esq., where significant contributions included enhancing collections and standardizing procedures. Mark has experience as a Senior Technical Manager at The Alpha Group in Dublin, where efforts were focused on aligning technical standards. As a Project Manager at The Alpha Group and later at Barcoding Inc., responsibilities included the design and deployment of data structures, site surveys, and oversight of wireless network installations. Mark also served as IT Technical Lead and Director at Rm3 Labs, where the implementation of a Laboratory Information Management System optimized operations. As a small business owner of PC Emt/Shenk Designs, Mark provides IT support to clients. Educationally, Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
