Mark Zurline

Mark Zurline currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management for Payments at Optum, having joined in April 2023. Prior to this role, Mark served at Change Healthcare from May 2014, where responsibilities included managing a team of System Implementation Specialists and coordinating implementation plans as the Manager of Implementation for Payment Services, as well as holding the position of Director of Business to Business Payments and Product Owner at Emdeon from February 2009 to May 2014. Mark's earlier experience includes roles such as Client Services Manager and Client Analyst, focusing on client support, product migration, and cost analysis. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and attended Truman State University from 2005 to 2008.
