Mary Driver

Mary Driver has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and technology industries. At Optum, Mary served as Director of Strategy and Planning and Director of Customer Operations from December 2023 to February 2025. Prior to that, Mary worked at naviHealth from September 2018 to December 2023, holding positions including Director of Customer Operations, Senior Program Implementations Manager, and Strategic Program Manager. Mary was also a Senior Project Manager at Sharecare from August 2016 to August 2018, overseeing the development of a clinical coaching platform. Earlier in a career at Healthways, Inc., from January 2006 to July 2016, Mary was a Senior Project Manager focused on strategic initiatives across departments. The career began at Aspect Software from October 2000 to January 2006 as Global Services Planning Manager, facilitating product and service development. Mary holds a BA in History from Davidson College.
