Michael Summers, MBA, currently serves as the VP of Client Management for Revenue Cycle at Optum, where responsibilities include overseeing client management teams across various subspecialties and collaborating with multiple Vice Presidents and Directors. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President of Client Management for Revenue Cycle within the Pathology & Laboratory divisions at Change Healthcare, managing over 40 client managers and regional VPs. Michael's extensive experience in client management began at McKesson, where roles included Executive Director of Client Management/Operations for Revenue Cycle in the Midwest, and earlier positions involved managing client relationships for radiology groups. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
