Monica Linsey is an experienced professional in capability management and business intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Capability Manager for Government Programs at Optum since April 2020. In this role, Monica oversees the development of a prescription claims monitoring and issue detection dashboard suite, enabling data summarization at four times the speed of existing solutions, as well as a regulatory attributes repository that integrates the needs of various stakeholders. Prior to this, Monica worked at OptumRx from December 2003 to April 2020 as a Senior Manager in Business Intelligence, focusing on data warehousing and client-facing reporting tools such as ShowCase Query and Cognos.
