Nadine Hauf

Nadine Hauf is a seasoned executive in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Vice President of Value and Affordability at Optum since April 2025. Prior to this, Nadine held several leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare, including Vice President of Premier and Health Hub Operations and COO of Apple Health HUB from August 2017 to April 2025. Nadine's extensive experience at OptumHealth from April 2010 to August 2017 includes roles as Vice President of Specialty Programs - Medicaid and Executive Director of Operations. Additionally, Nadine spent over a decade at Aetna as Executive Director of Medicaid from March 1999 to March 2010. Nadine Hauf earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994.
