Rachel Crizer

Rachel Crizer is a Licensed Social Worker at Optum since September 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in social work and client advocacy. Previously, Rachel served as a Case Manager Supervisor for the Home and Community-Based Alternatives Waiver Program at Partners in Care Foundation, where responsibilities included supervising case managers, managing client caseloads, and collaborating with healthcare providers. Rachel's extensive volunteer work includes mentoring children through For The Children and educating the community about Alzheimer's disease with the Alzheimer's Association. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Bethel University.
